Using this site or booking a trip through us means you accept the terms below. They are written in plain language on purpose.

The information on this site

Rafting seasons, water temperatures, road conditions and prices are kept current to the best of our knowledge, but the river and the tracks to it change from year to year and season to season. Treat specific dates and figures as a strong guide, not a guarantee, and confirm current conditions with us before you travel.

Guided trips

On a guided rafting, tubing or combo tour, our guides are responsible for the equipment, the route and the safety briefing. You are responsible for following instructions, disclosing any medical condition that affects your ability to raft or hike, and using the gear you're given as directed.

Independent visits

If you visit the canyon, Bogove Waterfall or the rim trails on your own rather than on a booked tour, you do so at your own risk. The guidance on this site, including the safety notes, does not replace local knowledge, current weather checks and your own judgment on the day.

What we can't promise

We cannot guarantee rapids of a specific size, a set water temperature, or that every viewpoint will be open on your visit. Landslip, road works and river conditions occasionally close sections without notice.

Vehicle rentals, accommodation and transport partners linked from this site operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their service, only for the guided trips we run ourselves.
