Booking Policy

Booking runs by email or WhatsApp rather than an instant checkout. Rafting depends on the river's spring snowmelt and tubing depends on summer water levels, so we confirm your date is actually runnable before anyone pays.

How a booking is confirmed

Send us your dates, group size and which trip you want: spring rafting, summer tubing, or the canyon and Bogove Waterfall combo. We reply with availability and a price, usually the same day. A booking counts as confirmed once we have written back to you, not when you send the request.

Payment

Payment is in cash on the day, in LEK or euro, unless you arrange otherwise with us in advance. There is no booking fee and no deposit for standard group trips. Private groups and custom itineraries may need a deposit, and we will say so before you commit.

Group size and pickup

Trips run with a minimum of two people. Pickup is from your accommodation in Berat; pickup from Tirana can be arranged separately at extra cost. Exact pickup time depends on the season and we confirm it the evening before.

If conditions are wrong for the trip

We will not run rafts in unsafe water, and tubing does not run once the river drops too low or a flash flood risk is called after heavy rain. If conditions rule out your booked trip, we offer an alternative date, a different itinerary such as the canyon and waterfall combo, or cancel at no cost to you. See cancellations and refunds.
